"Mary" at City on a Hill at Spring Creek

We enjoyed this place so much that we will most definitely be booking again in the near future. Positive: We loved the peace and tranquillity of this place. Negative: Wished there was more sugar and creamer

Well, Here’s How I would honestly Rate Best out of Possible 10/10 >8 and Here’s Why? 1.Porch Curtain was tattered and not so appealing could stand to be replaced and something more prettier to look at too 2. Hot Tub Could Use More Chemicles -Bubbles were Yellow and gross water was cloudy and should be clear. 3. Instead of 2 Chairs maybe a loveseat for coziness and comfort or perhaps a pull out Futon sofa. 4. Kitchen- 2 Burner Electric Stove for boiling potatoes or noodles, The Skillet was nice but maybe add some pots and pans too Also, a Whisk would be great and a Blender. Bathroom- Toilet Paper roller too close to toilet made it difficult to have room to maneuver to clean my bum. Vanity area-Outlet Didn’t work at all! Could also use a brighter Light overhead for putting makeup on …Also maybe add a portable folding table for playing card or board games in the living area Location Was Perfect Conveniently located to great places, maybe add a Local Guide Book for Great Wineries and Eateries Fun Places to Visit. I will Come Back again and look forward to seeing how you used my suggestions in the Mary Mansion and Will Refer all my clients who are looking for a Rustic Hideaway in The Hills. See you again soon. We stayed at "Mary" for a few nights at Hill at Spring Creek and really enjoyed ourselves! The cabin was terrific, so cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed in order to enjoy our stay. The area is very quiet and lovely! We went a few times to the stable and fed carrots and an apple to the pony. She is so sweet! Highly recommend!

Worked out perfect for our weekend trip to Fredericksburg. Easy to get into town and back with a great view and amenities. Will be booking again on my next trip to the area!
